Team—
I know you all just wrapped up your town hall - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the positive developments. Last time I shared you all a message, I stated the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most driven and innovative developers we have had the pleasure to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that relationship to endure.”
With your dedication and adaptability, particularly over the past twelve months, you consistently demonstrate that.
The player input from last autumn’s the game playtest was enlightening. It confirmed the potential of a action-packed game but told us we still had work to do. It uncovered the necessity for a sharper brand.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve come. You embraced the feedback to consideration and reimagined Project ETHOS with a refreshed goal - one that’s poised to fulfill its potential to our fans.
Our confidence in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To further the outstanding progress you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome Ben Brinkman as the incoming Director of 31st Union. Following several months of conversations, Ben starts with us on the specified date.
His guidance and background in the competitive gaming field is vast, having spent the recent years producing and managing some of the most well-known series in gaming, for example the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, Apex Legends.
Please join me in greeting him soon. We are all looking forward to keep seeing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the weeks to come.
David
